Results: A LeadLock™ Encasement System was designed using PrepLESS Primer™ to lock down the peeling and flaking Lead-Based Paint followed by LeadLock™ TopCoat in custom-tinted colors. The system saved time and reduced Lead dust exposure concerns because the Lead Paint was not disturbed during the process.
